Use of service

Merge is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions

Premium and Family features are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime; access remains until the end of your billing cycle. iOS subscriptions are managed through the App Store.

Family plan features include the Kids hub, chores, and optional SMS reminders.

SMS reminders

Parents are responsible for obtaining permission before enabling text reminders to a child's phone number. Merge sends informational reminders only — not marketing messages.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or contact support@mergecouples.com.

AI assistance

Merge AI helps organize your data and execute actions you request. Always review important decisions.

Limitations

We provide the service "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
